Enlarge right hepatic lobe, nodular surface with multiple ill defined border hyperechoic lesions and calcification, almost entirely right hepatic lobe, suggested malignancy. CT whole abdomen is recommended for further investigation.
- Multiple hyperechoic nodules in left hepatic lobe, suggested liver metastasis
- Splenomegaly
- Minimal ascites
- Non visualized gallbladder in this study
